Project Examples

Walking floor conveyor systems, lorry-based muck spreader, agricultural processing systems, 70 seat coach conversion, accident damage coach repairs.

Lorry conversion to muck/compost spreader

Collaborate on initial idea. Strip bin lorry and muck spreader.

Engineer muck spreader system and build onto the lorry.

Fit engine on the side of the lorry to run the machine and various tanks auxiliaries etc. Test.

Coach 70 seat conversion

Strip out inside of donor vehicle and weld in new supports for seat rail.

Rebuild floors and fit new rails and seats.

Ready for Ministry of Transport inspection for up seating vehicles.

Walking floor artic trailer conversion to add on a rear discharge conveyer

Modify the rear discharge method of a walking floor artic trailer to incorporate a conveyer to convey the product high enough to fill a hopper.

Fit engine to the side of the trailer to hydraulically run the walking floor and the conveyer.

System works independently of the tractor unit.

Coach accident damage rebuild

Strip down and rebuild accident damaged coaches to Cat C and D. Remove all damaged components and assess the extent of the damage.

Rebuild the damaged areas and then re-panel the vehicle.

Work closely with auto electricians and other engineers to restore the vehicle to its original state.
